When We Pray
1. ASK GOD to place the people who need Him on your heart, (people you encounter on a regular basis) and begin to pray for them.
2. DEMONSTRATE the love and compassion of Christ as you selflessly reach out to them, as you earnestly attempt to meet their needs.
3. WAIT for them to express a hurt, a need, an event, or important decision.
When they do, ask them for “permission” to pray for that request over the “following week” or at another time.
Important: Ask permission and give them a time frame.
If they say no, let them know you are available for prayers.
4. PRAY for their specific request and that the Spirit of God would give them a hunger for Jesus Christ.
5. FOLLOW UP with them, ask how things are going, look for opportunities to serve and share the Good News of Jesus Christ.
God’s desire is to use us to make a difference in this world.
God also wants us to ask Him to do something only He can do…...save a soul.
